Returns
To file a return claim, please contact us below to request a link to our returns center.
- Discounted sales are final and are not eligible for return.
- All return claims must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
- Any items that are not within this criterion will be rejected
- All orders over $100 are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This accounts for our team inspecting each product for damage and receiving the items back into inventory.
- International sales are final and are not eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- We do not accept returns for custom, washed, or decorated merchandise
Process
- To file a return, please request a link to our returns center.
- Please allow up to 7 business days from the return delivery date for your return to be processed.
- A refund will be issued within this time frame to your original payment method.
- The exact time that the funds will be available will be determined by your bank; usually within 3-5 business days.
Defective Merchandise
- All claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise.
- Any items that are reported to us after 3 business days of receipt will not be replaced.
